Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

Why This Matters

and Essential To Business Success

Travel Breaks Down Barriers

As frequent fliers, explorers, and business leaders in the travel space, travel has always been a constant vehicle to open the world and broaden perspectives, for ourselves and for our community. We believe that it is our responsibility to ensure that the future of the industry is reflective of the culturally-rich world to which travel serves to connect.

Our Industry Deserves Better

As an industry, we have an opportunity to create new realities and not simply return to old ones. Inherently, travel values differences, fosters inclusion, and promotes collaboration. Did you know that equitable employers outpace their competitors?  By respecting the unique needs, perspectives, and potential of all their team members, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees.

A New Lens on Travel

A work environment that welcomes different backgrounds and experiences is critical in fostering creative and innovative ideas. Whether it’s how we plan trips, the way we represent destinations, or what we write about them, it’s critical that we do so with a voice that transcends any single point of view.

The Future is Now

The work we do today is a reflection of our future, it should be larger than any of us as individuals. We believe in working on a mission as big and worthy as the future we hope to live, of who we might someday hope to be, and the talent and potential we can pass on to the future wave of leaders.
