Join us as an EQTR Student!

Join the EQTR community and work with one of our mentors this Fall! To apply for the EQTR Scholarship please submit your application by August 4 15, 2023. The EQTR Internship application is due on August 4, 2023, if you have any questions please email us at curious@eqtr.org.

The EQTR Internship program will be hybrid with remote flexibility. The EQTR Scholarship + Mentorship program will be remote with a few in-person events.

Student Requirements:

• Third and Fourth-year students who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field are preferred
  • Graduation years accepted:  May 2020, May 2021, May 2022, May 2023, May 2024
• Those with a demonstrable interest and enthusiasm for:
  • the travel industry, languages, marketing, cultural immersion, operations, and/or hospitality 
• Excellent critical thinking (whether qualitative or quantitative) 
• Great communication skills: writing and speaking 
• Ability to act as a self-starter, have a high work rate, and ability to work on parallel tasks with attention to detail 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other MS products is not required but preferred*
• Strong project management skills and discipline to deliver 
• Eagerness to learn 
• A highly organized individual with a passion for detail orientation 
• Relevant experience or coursework 
• Availability to commit to the entire program length (3 months for interns and 12 months for Scholarship + Mentorship winners)
• Legal authorization to work part-time in the U.S. (sponsorship cannot be provided)*
